many years ago i went out with my friends 'raving' i was in the presence of people that took drugs, it wasn't pritty.... i'm glad i stepped away from that lifestyle to be honest and that gang of 'friends'.

i agree there is profit there for the government, in drink and tobacco, this is coming from someone who smokes and drinks occasionally.

People are waking up to this way of thinking. Which is good. I actually said awhile ago, that ok the smoking ban has come in, the prices of ciggies has gone up considerably. Just wait for the alcohol price to increase or stricter regulations to come in.

These days kids can go into Tesco's and other places and buy really cheap drink relatively easily... that's so wrong....

This disgusting episode of question time turned in to and was probably planed to be a lynching of the one man that stands up to the three main parties who as we all know are totally corrupt and money grabbing liars.
As I understand it Mr Griffin had a hard time getting in to the studio only to be confronted by a chorus of hysterical fools hand picked to give him a rough time.
Any one of us would have been on edge having that sort of welcome party ahead of them. I think considering the way he was attacked he although nervous held his head high and stayed reasonably calm.
Question time is supposed to consider all aspects of every day problems including politics and not as was seen last evening.
Had the audience been of normal every day people i'm sure that we would have found out a great deal more about Mr Griffins thoughts and ideals than we actually did.

:wave: my dad's catholic, he tried taking me to mass afew times but i couldn't understand why we doing things at certain times, it seemed stale and scary.

I went with my gut feeling and went on my own quest. I have been called a nun by my dad in the past....8| that is incredibly scary... why? i'm a passonate girl, who's relatively young AND i'm far from a nun, agreed i don't go out socially, BUT i want to live and enjoy myself. Just hope i can find someone to walk with... and experience love.

anyhoo, no person is perfect :no: that is the way it should be, so i agree with you about sainthood, it certainly isn't all it's cracked up to be!!!

as soon as i saw the post title mentioned N-Power, i had to read this,i have had trouble with them i have a one bedroom flat,and am notorious for having lights all on, heating full blast etc, and swapped to n-power as southern electric were, or as i thought 'too expensive'. i was paying £30 a month. until they decided that that had never been enough in the first place, it was just a random number plucked from the sky, and now i have to pay 100 a month. appreciated it is what i owe but why set it so low in the first place!it should never have been set so low and then they send me this nasty surprise that i owe 100 a month,for EIGHTEEEN MONTHS they are shit, i cried on the phone to them and they didnt see what i was saying!

Thank you for bringing the story of Birgitta.....I am afraid Sweden is not alone in their cover up stories as that also happens in the UK. We also have a 'slaughterhouse' and its called Stafford Hospital. It has become a lot better there since I broke the story two years ago.
I am afraid where relatives, police etc are concerned...money is a powerful decider in 'bending' the truth and always will be.

I hope that 'Birgita' gets the publicity that will bring about the truth during the Conference Dennis.

In July 2009 took Sweden over the chairmanship of the European Union, and in September 2009 a large
conference is planned in Kronoberg and Växjö with over 500 delegates representing most of the member states.

With regard to the fact that the “investigation” was instigated in Växjö and the whole story revolving around authorities in Kronoberg it would be inappropriate that this horrible and shameful account should be drawn to the attention of the Public in all of the EU member states, and especially embarrassing for The Swedish State, Kronoberg, Växjö Council and others directly involved.

i totally agrree with you robert!... the army would not accept my son as he had a allergy when he was young and didnt know what triggered it!... I thank god every day that they turned him down!.. i believe the age to join the army should be 25 and no less as then these people are fully pledged adults as, even at 21, they are still immature I think...or even send over our violent criminals to vent their anger out!...not our kids!
If only britain were more tougher nowadays as we deem it ok to send teenagers and young inexperienced people to war yet do not allow punishment in schools... thus allowing thugs with no idea of discipline or respect onto the streets to go injure or mame or even kill others with out a second thought,and give them nothing more than an asbo, yet gladly pat the respectful ones who join up on the back where they end up in a coffin.... fighting a war that isnt ours....calling them heros... and for what?... fighting a war that powers that be created!
