Hazel Backwell was a frail old lady in her seventies, a pensioner trying hard to survive on a meagre pension.

One night, Wendell Baker, a black man with dreadlocks, broke into her home while she was asleep, Violently anally raped her and beat her up, shoving her in a cupboard to die. He shouted at her for the pin number of her credit card, (she didnt have one) and beat her mercilessly until she passed out. She died 5 years later, still traumatised from the assault after moving away from the area and giving up all her friends and her pet cat.

Baker was acquitted of the crime because  the defence lawyers argued that a DNA sample connecting him directly to the assault, was inadmissable as it was taken illegally. The incredibly stupid judge, blinded by the accused's 'rights', instructed the Jury to acquit him and keeping the fact hidden that DNA directly put him at the scene. Compelling evidence was hidden from the jury.

In 2005, the Double Jeopardy rules, where one cant be tried twice for a crime once they have been acquitted of it, was overturned and no longer applies. The Police are complacent in bringing this ruling into force as the cases were 'solved' and opening up old files would only put up the crime rates again. Conveniently, they have  'lost' the file on Wendell baker. but have  'found' the DNA sample taken at the time that proves that Baker committed the crime.

I would like to see the Defence Lawyers who represented this pile of shit, prosecuted and given prison sentences for their contribution as well as the Judge, who should be 'defrocked' and also thrown into prison for hiding the crucial evidence from the jury that would have been a deciding factor in incarcerating Baker at the time.

Its exactly these type of decisions that let hundreds of neanderthal,violent thugs loose in our streets today, murdering and destroying the peace of thousands.  There is more injustice in our Courts and more crimes committed in them than in the criminal fraternity, except its 'legal'. There are thousands of wild animals like Baker roaming our streets, stabbing, killing and raping women who then have the 'Law' to protect them. Like the killer of the young blonde  who died because 'she didnt want to go out with him anymore'. No remorse was shown by that arsehole either. He got life  which means he will be out to do it again in a few years time.

The BBC reporter on last nights programme on TV is trying to get Bakers case back in Court, and anyone who saw him being attacked with a stick and foul language by Baker shows the pattern of the treatment that poor Hazel Backwell experienced. I support and wish them well in bringing this case back to the courts for the sake of Justice and for Hazel Backwell. 

I would like to see Wendell Baker be the first person to be hanged by bringing back Capital Punishment. He is very lucky he is not in the US, as he would already be dead.

Pity we cant send him there.

Saw two excellent programmes that are on every Sunday morning......The Andrew Marr Show followed by Nicky Campbells Big Questions debates.

The highlight of Andrew Marrs show was one of his guests, Sheila Hancock, when they were discussing ageist Britain ( as she is 78 and doesnt look or act it!). AM said he was chosen solely for his looks and not his age and the brilliant Mrs Hancock said,' No Andrew, it was for your ears!' lol what a fantastic observation, as he soon went onto another topic ignoring the remark!

The Big Questions programme with Nicky Campbell was as usual quite lively but someone who I think is very full of himself but nevertheless made a lot of sense was the Mail on Sundays Peter Hitchens. Probably hate him in real life but he did make sense and was very adamant and confident about his opinion, which I surprisingly agreed with.

Just finished watching Dragons Den, A programme that I detest but as I am at my parents, was forced to watch it. These priveliged and over-fed morons who love to throw their wealth down your throat are utterly detestable. I see that the woman Dragon of last year went bankrupt ( Red letter company) and was replaced by another.
Theo Phitus was on a Monarch flight from Cyprus ( travelling Economy) and giving it large and causing mayhem allegedly. The four hostesses were clearly heard saying..' isnt that the wanker off Dragons Den ?'
Peter Jones has now taken to amusing us riding a supermarket trolley making monkey sounds in a dreadful advert for 'moneymarket'
Wont be long before they follow that Red Letter Companys demise.

The recession has only just touched the tip of the iceberg and there is a lot more to come. The banks have not learned their lesson and started to pay themselves huge bonus's again, and why shouldnt they ? The Government will always bail them out as they too profit from huge bonus's paid by the banks albut discreetly. The same money grabbing, loud, vulgar commercials are back on the TV as though the banks didnt do anything at all to cause anything.

And what is the Government going to do about it ? Nothing. After all, Cameron will be in next and let him sort it out. Lets fill our pockets and scarper at the next election.

To have a successful multi cultural society, the 'home' country cannot lose its basic indigenous traits, ethics and morality and cannot be hi-jacked by a foreign regime. Those from abroad should embrace, integrate and accept the laws and cultures of the adopted country foremost but can still respect their parents ancestry.

I cant help thinking that we have been hi-jacked in certain areas by cultures that have overtaken and destroyed some values.

The English language has been raped and pillaged by the 'politically correct' brigade.

Just seen the news on the TV where a couple of kids abused an old man going into Tescos. They then banged on the window shouting at him. He had only come out to get a bottle of milk.   He collapsed at the till and is in hospital.

Walking to my front door yesterday, a couple crossing the street opposite were hit by stones which were thrown from the top of the multi-storey car park........5 youths were clearly seem hurling stones at people and vehicles passing. Average age looked about 14-16.   I phoned the police and 5 minutes later a  police car  with a very loud siren passed. Hearing this they scarpered of course. I wonder if the Police just wanted them to disappear as the paperwork would be a waste of time because of their age ?

Walked into the town centre to witness hordes of teenagers hanging about in the front of shops, intimidating elderly shoppers, it looked like a battlefield. Big gangs were congregating in different parts of the town.

Why do we have to endure this every half-term holidays ? The kids are becoming more violent and have no respect whatsoever for anyone, including the Police.

Where are the bloody parents ? Probably working and even if they werent , they would be too scared to confront their own kids because the law would attack them for doing so! The kids ( I use the term loosely) know this and take full advantage,

The law is an ass.........there is no common sense as they seem to ignore what is clearly apparent as offences are committed in front of them. Hardly surprising when the Police in Uniform these days seem to look the same age as the offenders.

Something must be done to control these retarded neanderthal thugs, the age must be lowered to 12 or 13, where offences can be punished and the reporting restrictions must be lifted so that they cant hide under the anonymity they enjoy at present. They become very brave when in a gang, but timid cowards when alone.

And the kinder you are to these cowardly shits, the worse they become.

 

 

Having watched the funeral cortege of 8 coffins of those killed in Afghanistan, I of course felt sorry for the soldiers killed.

When the Government at the time decided to make the age of adulthood 18 instead of 21, it took away 3 years of mature childhood.It was done to raise the taxation needed at the time,to be milked from these immature and inexperienced lot. Adulthood in our masters country, the USA, is STILL 21. You still need to be 21 to get into any club that serves alcohol. They are lucky.

Why are we sending 18 to 21 year olds to fight in a war when clearly they are not experienced in life or mature enough to think or fend for themselves ?

Men and women who join the Army are in there for a reason....to protect and fight the politicians foibles and mistakes that all of them make. All the Generals and Commanders of these forces are rarely found in the frontline but dictate from comfy armchairs while eating and drinking rich food unavailable to the ones doing all the fighting.

Completely inexperienced politicians, who have probably never ever seen or been in a war are the ones who dictate to the Generals what they want to happen in order to achieve some clandestine reason that is kept under secret wraps that we , the public, are never privy too.
The Generals in turn blindly do what they are told, sacrificing lives that mean nothing to them while they wash down gourmet food with an expensive glass of wine. These are the trendy new murderers of our day.
Decisions always of course,cleverly disguised as making your life more safe and for democracy.

With the availability of modern weapons, there is no real need to have an army on the ground, fighting old fashioned hand to hand fighting. Pressing A single button could obliterate and destroy any threats within seconds...... and from miles away.

In any case, the Taliban only need to switch on the news on their TV's to get an upto date situation of what we are doing and what weaknesses we have at any time, shortage of helicopters etc .....how very helpful for them.

We as a nation do not have the mentality to win any war in Afghanistan, it will turn out to be another Vietnam, as it was for the yanks. Have we forgotten what happened to the Russians ? And they had a formidable force. The enemy is fighting for Allah and not afraid to die as they will go to heaven and have countless virgins for their trouble. What have we to offer our troops ? The answer here lies within the Muslims themselves.
They must learn to handle their own problems and stand up to despots and charlatans who use Allah as an excuse to kill and intimidate their own people.

We and the coalition forces have killed thousands, a lot of them innocents caught up in crossfire. I am very surprised at how few casualties that we have had in this senseless war.

The Government there in Afghanistan that WE have installed are just as corrupt as our own politicians. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Not all muslims are aggressive and bloodthirsty but we have opened our borders to those that are not welcome in their OWN countries. We have allowed them to build Mosques on practically every high street in Britain and encouraged them to infiltrate every community. As one Mullah just recently said....'I am not worried about England as there are so many of us here now, it will soon be a Muslim country'

England is a ticking timebomb just waiting to explode, and explode it will when we ignore a serious underlying threat that becomes more apparent each day.
Most Muslims living here are decent and hardworking individuals, but the aggressive and threatening variety are growing at an alarming pace.
As in Afghanistan, the ones here need to sort out their own communities, as we cant.

If we are going to send 18 year olds to the frontline to fight, we should take some of the crap that wanders our streets assaulting old people and knifing and fighting and send them directly there instead of useless Courts who acquit them or treat then leniently which encourages them to go out and do it again.

And before the do-gooders come out from under their protected rocks to criticise what I have written. I have a lot of Muslim friends who agree with me. I have just returned from a Muslim country where I had fantastic hospitality. I have lived in Muslim countries, speak some of their languages and taught their children the English language.

It is for them that I fear the most.

I tried to get registered with a local dentists called the Oasis Practice in Cannock and was told that they did not have enough dentists and would I leave my phone number and they will contact me as soon as they have another on.

In other words.....We will not take on any more NHS patients but as we cant say that, we will fob you off with some pre-written standard excuses to get you off the premises.

Outside was parked the latest models of Audi and BMW.

As we have a spineless Government, nothing will be done to force Dentists to accept NHS patients.

These spoilt and pampered species are trained up by the NHS at OUR expense and when qualified, stick 2 fingers up and only want private patients.

There should be a law that IF you choose to be trained up by the NHS, at least a minimum of 50% of your patients HAVE to be NHS registered. If Not.....They should pay back every penny to the NHS that it cost to train them before being allowed to treat private patients. And if they dont want to do that...they should not be allowed to practice. And if they want to go abroad with their skill. then again they must pay back the NHS before being allowed to leave the country.

Dentists are said to be failed Doctors who practice on pigs to get their skills. Perhaps they have had it too good in the troughs slopping up all the excess money. They should adopt a more grateful attitude and put aside their greed and stop behaving like greedy pigs.

What happened to self respect, compassion and pride in helping people......the 'caring' bit has been forgotten and sadly been lost to money grabbing and blatant stealing.

I knew a dentist in Brighton who had a huge dis-respect for his clients and spent most of his time getting high on laughing gas.

That just about typifies the current standards.

Michael Jackson was a great performer and indeed was a brilliant dancer.

But I am a little fed up with the hype since his death.

His Memorial last night on TV was sooooo done to extort more money for the Jackson family and they even wheeled out his Coffin for a last performance. Only the yanks could have conjured up such tasteless showmanship. At one point I was expecting the lid of the coffin to open and for him to get out and do one last moonwalk. (Thats if he was actually in that coffin)

And then to crown bad taste at its worst.....wheel out his adopted white daughter and prod her to blubber 10 feet from his coffin. This family should be shot.

He was used blatantly by the money makers while alive and .....and now being used blatantly while dead.

Most people thought he was a weirdo who behaved strangely with kids and now he is dead (is he dead ?), the same lot have elevated him to Sainthood. What hypocritical bigots the human kind are.

In death though, I am afraid he aint no Princess Diana and will not be remembered with shock as she was.

Well if he is actually dead (probably murdered) at least he can show Billie Jean his dance steps.
